The work is primarily virtual with occasional in‑person meetings if the vendor is based in Washington, D.C. The contract runs for one year with a possible six‑month extension.
• Create a strategic communications plan and messaging framework that maintains bipartisan balance.
• Provide media‑relations counseling, draft and place op‑eds, articles, and other content nationwide.
• Design and execute communications support for the 2025 fundraising campaign and develop outreach materials for the “Learning by Hearings” curriculum rollout.
• Deliver quarterly reports, manage optional additional initiatives, and comply with university reporting and diversity‑business requirements.
