On-Call Public Relations Services

Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) is seeking one or more qualified public‑relations firms to provide on‑call, as‑needed communications support for its utility operations. The work includes strategic counsel, crisis communications, content creation, media relations, stakeholder outreach, social‑media management, website development, event planning, and production of printed and digital collateral. Services will be billed on a time‑and‑expenses basis with a not‑to‑exceed ceiling for the entire contract. Proposals must include company background, team qualifications, relevant experience, cost rates, and required compliance forms.
