Crack Seal Material

The Polk County Procurement and Purchasing Division is seeking quotations for Crack Seal Material. The purpose of this request is to secure quotations for the supply of Crack Seal Material. The vendor will be required to provide the material in accordance with the specifications and delivery schedule outlined in the quote form. The quotes will be valid from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The material must meet Iowa D.O.T. and ASTM requirements. • The vendor must have on file a Polk County Public Works Department Requisition prior to any material shipment. • The quantity ordered will be delivered to the Polk County Central Maintenance Facility. • The product must meet or exceed ASTM D6690 Type 2 and perform at or above 50% during elongation bond testing. • The vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polk County, Iowa, its elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers, agents, their predecessors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, claims, disputes, demands, lawsuits, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses.
