REQUEST FOR LEASING PROPOSALS FOR OFFICE SPACE IN CHARLESTON COUNTY FOR THE SC DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND WORKFORCE

The State of South Carolina’s Department of Employment and Workforce is seeking lease proposals for approximately 6,830 rentable square feet of office space in Charleston County. The lease must be a gross lease covering all operating expenses, with term options of 3, 5, 7, or 10 years, and occupancy slated for April 1 2027. The space must accommodate a mix of private and standard offices, conference rooms, break room, IT closet, storage, and parking for 35 vehicles, and include full ADA compliance, CAT‑6/fiber‑ready data infrastructure, and 24‑hour HVAC access. Proposers must submit the FMPS‑202E form with floor plans and statutory acknowledgments.
