Key features of the proposal include: • A firm rate guarantee of no less than three years for all coverages • Proposals offering rate guarantees longer than three years are strongly preferred • The vendor must be licensed to do business in the State of Wisconsin • The vendor must assign a central point of contact for the City and its subscribers • The vendor must provide employee booklets/plan documents and a toll-free number • The vendor must describe their process for filing claims and their claims administration process • The vendor must provide statistics on their claims intake capabilities and their transition process from Short Term Disability to Long Term Disability
