Services include congregate meals, home‑delivered meals, nutrition counseling, nutrition education, therapeutic and emergency meals, and full program administration. The contract is a one‑year term starting July 1 2026, with up to two one‑year renewal options, and the award will be based on a weighted score (60 % technical, 40 % cost).
• Provide hot home‑delivered meals, frozen/shelf‑stable meals, and congregate meals meeting OAA and state standards.
• Deliver nutrition counseling and education by qualified dietitians, plus therapeutic and emergency meal options.
• Maintain extensive compliance documentation (licenses, E‑Verify, drug‑free affidavit, Title VI, ADA, insurance, background checks, etc.) and submit monthly reports and invoices.
• Meet a minimum 80 % customer‑satisfaction rating and cover all four counties, earning extra points for service gaps.
• Contract term: 1 year (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with two optional one‑year renewals.
