Air Force Anniversary Event

The United States Air Force is seeking sources interested and capable of meeting the Government's requirement for an Air Show Management Firm to coordinate at least one civilian flyover for the 75th Air Force Anniversary. The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., CDT, at Arnold AFB in Tennessee. The requirements include setting up and tearing down 10 tents, providing 30 portable toilets, 4 handwashing stations, and 4 ADA-compliant portable toilets, as well as coordinating an aerial event and providing seating for the Change of Command Ceremonies. • The event requires a warbird aerial event and folding chairs for the Change of Command Ceremony. • The contractor must provide 6 charter buses with drivers. • The contractor must deliver all necessary equipment to Arnold AFB in Tennessee. • The Government is seeking information on potential contractors' capabilities and experience in supporting similar events.
