The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑life‑cycle application development, maintenance, production support, and continuous modernization for its Integrated Vehicle Platform (IVP) suite of software applications that support the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. The effort includes a transition phase to take over from the incumbent, ongoing service‑management, release management, and a final turnover to PennDOT.
