Rural Community Transportation (RCT) and a consortium of Vermont public‑transport agencies are seeking a qualified IT services provider to manage and enhance their technology environment for a five‑year term. The contractor must deliver on‑site hardware repair, email system administration, server management (both on‑premises and cloud), cybersecurity services, cloud storage administration, AI tool support, and monthly performance reporting. Minimum qualifications include three years of relevant experience, 7 am‑6 pm availability on weekdays, 24‑hour on‑site response, and compliance with HIPAA, records‑retention, and all applicable federal regulations.
