Rochester Community and Technical College is seeking a qualified contractor to enter into a Master Maintenance/Service contract for miscellaneous HVAC jobs. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete heating, ventilation, and cooling tasks as directed by the College’s Building Services Supervisor. The work includes estimating each job, preparing the site, protecting occupants, cleaning up after completion, providing final documentation, and complying with all applicable codes and regulations. • Provide full‑service HVAC repair and maintenance on an as‑needed basis across campus facilities. • Deliver project estimates, site preparation, protective measures, clean‑up, and required documentation for each job. • Meet Minnesota prevailing‑wage, insurance, safety, and affirmative‑action requirements; submit required certifications and affidavits.
