OC2027-02 Otero College Athletic Training Services

Otero College is seeking a qualified athletic training services provider to deliver comprehensive athletic training services for its intercollegiate athletics program. The selected contractor shall provide injury prevention, evaluation, emergency care, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play management for student-athletes while working collaboratively with the Athletic Director, coaching staff, and other healthcare providers. • The contractor shall provide athletic training services, including injury prevention and risk reduction strategies, evaluation and assessment of athletic injuries and illnesses, emergency medical response and coordination of emergency care, first aid and immediate care for athletic injuries, development and implementation of treatment and rehabilitation plans, and return-to-play evaluations and recommendations. • The contractor shall maintain professional working relationships with College personnel, respond promptly to athletic injuries and medical emergencies, provide consistent coverage in accordance with the approved athletic schedule, and perform services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and College policies. • The contractor shall provide documentation of licenses, certifications, and qualifications for assigned personnel upon request.
