Western Kentucky University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive video production and creative marketing services for a variety of university needs. The awardee will create athletic, recruitment, marketing, social‑media, and event video content, collaborate with on‑campus publication services and student workers, and manage equipment set‑up and teardown. The contract is initially for two years with options for up to five one‑year renewals and may be terminated by either party with 30‑day notice. • Produce athletic videos (team intros, full‑length features, graphics) and other sports‑related media. • Create recruitment and general marketing videos, plus short social‑media clips for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. • Provide live event video capture, editing, and post‑production services, including equipment handling and coordination with university staff. • Submit work samples, references, financial statements, and required certifications (Kentucky residency, non‑collusion, etc.). • Accept credit‑card payment, adhere to Net‑30 terms, and comply with audit, insurance, and personal‑information security requirements.
