ADA Program Management Services

The City of Boston Streets Cabinet is seeking a vendor to provide ADA Program Management Services to satisfy the terms of a Consent Decree whereby the City agrees to bring all curb ramps within the public right of way into compliance with governing laws and regulations by the end of 2030. This requirement commands extensive coordination, design, and capital resources. The contract will include services required to carry out two critical functions: Data Management and Compliance inspections, as well as project management activities to support those primary tasks. No design work is included in this contract. • The City of Boston is looking for a vendor to provide ADA Program Management Services. • The contract will include Data Management and Compliance inspections. • Project management activities will be required to support the primary tasks. • No design work is included in this contract. • The vendor will need to have experience in ADA program management and compliance inspections. • The contract will be for a period of time that will allow the City to bring all curb ramps into compliance by the end of 2030.
