The scope covers ten buildings, requiring demolition of deteriorated masonry, surface preparation, concrete repair, installation of safety‑tied‑own points, roof‑anchor systems, and full compliance with VA security, safety, and environmental requirements. The contractor must manage site logistics, protect ongoing medical operations, coordinate utility interruptions, and provide as‑built drawings, warranty documentation, and annual inspection reports.
• Repair and repoint masonry on exterior walls and parapet walls of 10 VA buildings.
