Notice of Solicitation for Concession Opportunity for Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Camping within Badlands National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking a concessioner to provide lodging, food and beverage, retail, and camping services within Badlands National Park. The concession contract will be for a term of 10 years. The concessioner will be responsible for operating and maintaining the concession facilities, including the Cedar Pass Lodge, campground, and retail spaces. The NPS will provide the concessioner with a draft contract outlining the terms and conditions of the concession agreement. The concessioner will be required to submit a proposal, including a business plan, financial projections, and a description of their experience and qualifications. The NPS will evaluate the proposals based on factors such as the concessioner's experience, financial capability, and proposed concept and design.
