Amended - PNSY Pole Cap Machining and Replating

The Navy seeks a qualified contractor to remove cadmium plating from ten pole caps, machine the bottom side to a flat tolerance of 0.005 in, and re‑plate the caps to ASTM B633, Type‑VI, Class‑3 specifications while maintaining a minimum thickness of 0.595 in. The Government will furnish the pole caps, ship them to the contractor’s facility, and require the finished caps be returned to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
