The Navy is seeking a contractor to repair, overhaul, or modify operating cartridge assemblies and related parts under a firm‑fixed‑price or cost‑estimate arrangement. The work includes disassembly, inspection, repair or replacement of components, reassembly, testing to a Ready‑For‑Issue (RFI) condition, and compliance with all applicable drawings, specifications, and quality standards (ISO 9001/SAE AS9100). Contractors must provide their own tooling, facilities, and quality management systems, and must obtain approvals for any changes to repair manuals, drawings, or source facilities.
