FAC FWP502 RFQ Completion, Integration and Commissioning of Vehicle Gate Security System at Chief of Mission Residences(CMR)

The U.S. Embassy in Djibouti is seeking a contractor to complete the installation, integration, and commissioning of a vehicle gate security system at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR). The project includes the installation of automatic sliding and swing gates, integration with electrical and control systems, and provision of safety features and documentation. The contractor must demonstrate experience in similar projects, provide a staffing plan, and comply with security and safety requirements. • The project requires the contractor to conduct a site assessment, develop a phased execution plan, and ensure continuous perimeter integrity during execution. • The contractor must also provide training for Embassy personnel, conduct testing and commissioning, and deliver complete documentation. • The project has a fixed price and a completion period of 60 days. • The contractor must comply with U.S. Department of State (DOS) and OBO standards, as well as local regulations and laws. • The project requires the contractor to work in a secure environment and maintain confidentiality.
