Small Ware Equipment

The Shelby County Board of Education (SCBE) is seeking vendors to supply CNC‑controlled small‑ware kitchen equipment for its Central Nutrition Center serving Memphis‑Shelby County Schools. The contract is a fixed‑price, all‑or‑none agreement covering a broad catalog of stainless‑steel, NSF‑certified food‑service items (slicers, mixers, portioning devices, trays, cookware, etc.). Vendors must be able to ship inventory within one week of order receipt, or allow local pick‑up for vendors within 50 mi. All unit prices must be all‑inclusive (shipping, freight, taxes) and remain fixed for the initial 9‑month term, with a possible one‑year renewal subject to cost‑reduction proposals and CPI‑U limits.
