Custom Surgical Eye Packs

The Veterans Health Administration is issuing an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contract for the procurement of custom surgical eye packs and related consumable ophthalmic items to support six VA medical facilities in North Carolina and Virginia. The solicitation calls for a base year (10/01/2026‑09/30/2027) plus four one‑year options, with a total quantity of several thousand individual packs and associated viscoelastic solutions, syringes, and eye drapes. Offers must be submitted by email no later than 09/16/2026 3 PM EST. The award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Vendors must be able to supply the items on a “lead‑time” basis and, if acting as a reseller, provide an Authorized Distributor Letter from the manufacturer. The contract will be administered by the VA Network Contracting Office 6 in Hampton, VA.
