FORENSIC FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES

The Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District (ECISD) is seeking qualified firms to provide independent forensic financial audit services for the district’s fiscal years 2021 through the most recent completed year. The engagement will examine financial transactions, fund balances, internal controls, and any unusual activity, delivering preliminary findings, a draft project plan, and a final report. Vendors must submit a comprehensive Statement of Qualifications including firm background, experience with school districts, key personnel resumes, insurance proof, financial statements, and required Texas ethics certifications. Evaluation will be based on qualifications, district‑size experience, technical competence, staffing, and alignment with district needs.
