CIEE Implementation Pilot

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Department of Education, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide services to design, implement, and evaluate a focused pilot of learner-centered, competency-based practices. The scope of work includes site support, professional learning, and development of guidance for future expansion. The contract term is expected to be 12 months, subject to Board of Examiners approval. Some key points to consider: • The State intends to award one contract in conjunction with this request for proposals. • Vendors shall provide a cost proposal using their own standard format. • The evaluation committee will score responses based on factors such as pilot design and implementation, project management and capacity, evaluation and evidence, universal access, and cost factor. • The State reserves the right to permit revised responses or add criteria to obtain the best offers.
