RECAST SOFTWARE 3 YEAR AGREEMENT

The California Highway Patrol is soliciting bids for a three‑year renewal of the Recast software platform, which includes the Essentials Bundle (RCT, EI, AM, Premium Support) and cloud‑based Application Workspace. The award will be “all‑or‑none,” requiring the vendor to supply the full software suite for each of the three contract years and to meet a number of California‑specific certification requirements (small‑business preference, DVBE, civil‑rights, recycled‑content, Darfur, etc.). Electronic delivery of the software is required, and the vendor must certify that the product is new, latest‑model, and not back‑ordered. • Provide Recast Essentials Bundle for Year 1 (including one‑time onboarding) and Years 2‑3 (renewal only). • Deliver software electronically to [email protected]; any physical items must be shipped FOB destination, freight prepaid. • Include all mandatory attachments (Bidder Declaration, DVBE Declaration, Payee Data Record, Recycled‑Content Certification, Conflict‑of‑Interest Statement, Darfur Certification, Civil‑Rights certifications). • Meet small‑business and other preference certifications; price validity, performance guarantee, and payment terms (Net 45) are required.
