West TN Emergency Generator Maintenance

The Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to perform services and work on emergency generators. The contract term is five years. The contractor will be responsible for inspection, preventive maintenance, testing, repair, and emergency service of the generators. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies to perform the work. • The contractor must have access to all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies to perform the work. • The contractor must have a supply of stock replacement parts available for immediate use. • The contractor must clean the work area of all waste or debris generated by the contractor during the performance of a service call. • The contractor must provide a copy of the original purchase invoice(s) as proof of cost for parts, materials, supplies, and equipment. • The contractor must warranty parts and labor for one year against defects.
