NEW CURRENT MODEL PLATFORM BODY AND INSTALLATION

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the provision of a new current model platform body and installation. The bid package includes various documents, such as the bid terms and conditions, specifications, and instructions. Bidders are expected to examine all the documents and instructions included in the bid package. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest bid. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contract includes various terms and conditions, such as non-collusion, non-discrimination, and indemnification. • The contractor will be required to provide a standard manufacturer's warranty. • The contract may be terminated by the agency upon 30 days written notice. • The contractor will be entitled to a pro-rata payment for all deliverables supplied and accepted by the agency.
