Provide Downtown Transit Center Design Project

The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to provide full design‑service support for a new downtown transit center in Anchorage, Alaska. The work encompasses pre‑design investigations, design‑study memorandum, environmental documentation, FTA equity analysis, public outreach coordination, utility and permit coordination, detailed preliminary and final design, construction‑document preparation, and construction‑administration services over a three‑year performance period.
