MHEC MC15-G12: Occupational Apparel and Uniforms

The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) is soliciting qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive portfolio of occupational apparel, uniforms, footwear, accessories, and related services to its 2,800+ member institutions across New England. The contract will be five years in length and may be awarded to multiple suppliers, covering both direct purchase and rental/managed program models. Vendors may submit offers for the entire catalog or by individual categories, must provide transparent pricing, volume‑tier discounts, and agree to a 1% administrative contract service fee on sales. • Scope includes athletic, corporate, industrial, healthcare, safety, service uniforms, rentals, and related accessories (excluding public safety and body armor). • Vendors can bid on whole catalogs or specific categories, must submit discount percentages, FOB Destination preferred, and include freight in pricing. • Mandatory deliverables: signed MHEC Terms & Conditions, MA Standard Contract Form, contact list, insurance, and a detailed pricing list; optional supplemental documents include marketing plans, diversity certifications, and e‑procurement integration capabilities.
