F-35A Lightning II Replica Models (Mini-Static Displays)

The Vermont Air National Guard (VTANG) is seeking qualified small businesses to design, fabricate, deliver, and install two highly durable, 1:10 scale F-35A Lightning II replica models for long-term, open-air outdoor display in Vermont. The models must meet specific technical specifications, including scale, fidelity, materials, coatings, and structural integrity. The contract includes the fabrication of a reusable mold and the installation of the models on a metal pedestal pole. • The models must be designed to withstand extreme Vermont winter environments. • The contractor must provide a Capability Statement detailing their company profile, technical approach, past performance, and clarifying questions. • The models must be fabricated using Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) with an internal steel frame and must have a high-quality, UV-resistant, fire-rated exterior paint. • The contractor must ensure compliance with base security access controls during installation.
