26-0436 High-Performance Lab Refrigerator

The County of Los Angeles is seeking a high-performance lab refrigerator for the Department of Medical Examiner. The refrigerator should meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Vendor Self Service portal. The bid should include a copy of a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms. The County reserves the right to reject any bid that does not fully comply with the instructions. • The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered. • The bidder must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer such products and/or perform such services. • The bidder must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives. • The bidder must indemnify and hold harmless the County from and against all liability, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to any violation of such laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, or directives.
