Notice of Intent to Synopsize Sole Source Fort Leonard Wood Land Mobile Radio Network Maintenance Services

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to award a sole-source contract to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. for comprehensive maintenance and support services for the Fort Leonard Wood Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Infrastructure. The services include proprietary software maintenance, information assurance updates, infrastructure maintenance, preventative maintenance, and tower maintenance. The contract will consist of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Key aspects of the job include: • Proprietary software maintenance to keep the system current • Information assurance updates to ensure compliance with Army Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) • 24/7 technical support and on-site emergency response for all LMR infrastructure items • Annual system preventive maintenance and analysis • Tower maintenance, inspection, and repair The contractor will be required to provide these services to ensure uninterrupted, mission-essential command and control communications.
