Description
The Public Transportation Council of Indiana (PTCI) is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive five‑year strategic plan (2026‑2030) that will guide the organization’s growth, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation. The consultant must synthesize stakeholder input, analyze industry trends, and deliver a full strategic plan with actionable initiatives, performance metrics, and implementation recommendations. This is a single‑project consulting contract with a submission deadline of November 18 2025.
• Scope: Full strategic planning—including research, stakeholder facilitation, draft and final reports.
• Deliverables: Vision, mission, goals, strategies, metrics, and implementation roadmap for 2026‑2030.
• Target Vendors: Consulting firms or independent consultants with experience in public‑transportation planning, regional transit analysis, and multi‑year strategy development.
