Liquid Ammonium Sulfate

The City of Waco is seeking bids for the supply of liquid ammonium sulfate for use in its potable-water treatment and distribution facilities. The contractor shall furnish all product, transportation, delivery labor, transfer equipment, hoses, fittings, adapters, documentation, technical assistance, safety equipment, and other materials and services necessary to complete each delivery in accordance with the specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The City of Waco reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. • The City of Waco will not reimburse vendors for any costs incurred during the preparation or submittal of responses to this solicitation. • The City of Waco encourages vendors to offer products that are produced with recycled materials, where appropriate. • The City of Waco requires the successful bidder to submit various documents before the official contract is awarded.
