Rehabilitation of Lift Station 13, 51, and 58

The City of Clearwater is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of Lift Stations 13, 51, and 58. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing various equipment and materials, performing site work, and maintaining wastewater flow. The contract period is 420 consecutive calendar days. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. • The contractor shall provide fixed project signs as described in Section III, Section 23 of the Contract Documents. • The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor shall secure all licenses and permits, except as specifically stated otherwise in the Technical Specifications. • The contractor shall pay all applicable sales, consumer, use, and other taxes required by law.
