Lift Station #46 Rehabilitation

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking qualified contractors to fully rehabilitate Lift Station #46, a critical component of its water control infrastructure. The work includes extensive pipe replacement, wet‑well repair, pump replacement, installation of a diesel‑powered emergency pump, valve and above‑grade piping upgrades, fall protection, demolition of existing utilities, site access improvements, curb and gutter replacement, site grading, SCADA/telemetry upgrades, and instrumentation updates. All work must comply with current standards and be performed by a registered bidder on the PlanetBids™ platform. • Replace discharge piping and risers • Clean, repair, reline, and coat wet well • Remove and install new primary and emergency pumps • Upgrade pump discharge connections and associated fittings • Install diesel‑powered emergency pump with controls • Replace check and plug valves, relocate above‑grade piping • Install fall‑protection systems • Demolish existing piping, electrical, sanitary force main, potable water • Construct new access driveway, curb cuts, and repair pavement • Remove/replace curb and gutter, re‑grade site up to 1 ft • Update SCADA system and install new telemetry for 24/7 monitoring • Replace/modify instrumentation (floats, flow meters, level sensors, air‑release valves)
