The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide post‑closure monitoring and maintenance for the Rosencranse municipal waste landfill in Wayne County. Work includes quarterly and semi‑annual groundwater sampling and reporting, modification of 29 passive‑vent gas extraction wells, routine inspection and upkeep of the de‑activated landfill gas collection system, and annual maintenance of four granular activated carbon (GAC) treatment units serving nearby residences and a transfer station. The contract is a three‑year award (with up to two one‑year renewal options) and will be paid on a reimbursement basis for actual services rendered. A mandatory pre‑bid conference on‑site is required.
