The project calls for complete demolition of an existing garage at 800 Zerega Avenue, followed by the design‑build construction of a replacement garage, and the construction of a new “swing space” at 530 Zerega Avenue in the Bronx. The scope includes extensive site work, new foundations, structural steel, masonry, full mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, underground fuel‑storage tanks, hazardous‑material handling, environmental compliance (SPCC plan, VOC limits), and coordination with a nearby DEP pump‑station rehabilitation.
