Shop Fluids - Term & Supply

The Boone County Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a Term and Supply contract for the furnishing and delivery of Shop Fluids and Petroleum Products as needed for the Boone County Road and Bridge Department. The contract will have an initial term from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, and may be renewed by the County for up to an additional five six-month periods. The bidder must provide firm bids for the initial contract period and a maximum percentage cost increase for all contract periods. The bidder must also provide a product spec sheet for each item. • The contract requires the delivery of various shop fluids and petroleum products, including universal tractor fluid, hydraulic oil, coolant, gear lubricant, grease, and transmission fluid. • The bidder must provide brand name products when specified on the Bid Response sheet. • The bidder must price each item listed and provide a maximum percentage cost increase for all contract periods. • The County reserves the right to award to one or multiple respondents and to not award any item or group of items if the services can be obtained from state contracts or other governmental entities under more favorable terms.
