The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) seeks a qualified contractor to supply DNA quantitation kits, amplification kits, a multi‑capillary electrophoresis system, and associated validation, installation, training, warranty, and maintenance services for the Metro Police Crime Lab. The work is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with individual purchase orders issued as needs arise. The vendor must be ISO‑accredited, provide comprehensive QAS‑compliant validation, and support the lab with on‑site training for up to five staff members. • Supply of compatible quantitation and amplification kits for ABI and Qiagen platforms, plus an 8‑capillary CE system. • Full validation services covering precision, accuracy, sensitivity, mixture studies, and contamination assessments, using specified instruments. • Installation, configuration, user manuals, and on‑site “teach‑back” training plus a full‑service maintenance plan for the CE system.
