G6 - Telecom Services

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide and maintain ongoing telecommunications services, including POTS lines, data circuits, and other legacy telecom services, across all WYARNG armories and facilities. The contractor will be required to consolidate, manage, and maintain these services under a unified management and billing structure. The proposal should include a price proposal, technical proposal, and past performance information. The technical proposal should include a quality control plan and a narrative demonstrating a sound approach and methodology for accomplishing the work requirements. • The contractor must provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to perform the work. • The contractor must meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements. • The contractor must clearly identify any exceptions to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. • The contractor must provide past performance information, including contract reference worksheets and quality and satisfaction ratings for contracts completed in the past five years.
