Notice of Intent to Award - Trailer Caddy HD Terminal Tractor

The 22nd Space Operations Squadron at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to DJ Products, Inc. for a TrailerCaddy Terminal Tractor with specific features such as a 30,000lbs capacity, 48V Lithium Battery system, and zero-emissions for indoor and outdoor operations. The purchase will be made under Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed. • The TrailerCaddy will have AC Digital Controller with adjustable acceleration/braking, neutral throttle braking, and a variable speed twist grip. • The speed requirements are 0-1.6 mph (Forward/Reverse). • The equipment will include a 10" Hydraulic Pump Lift Kit, with 10" wide x 18" diameter steer wheels and a 10" wide x 18" diameter solid drive tire. • Safety features include a safety stop switch, safety horn, safety strobe flashing light, and an air release system with a tank. • Additional options include a pintle hitch assembly, a tall king pin, a king pin lighting kit, and a footpath lighting kit.
