The City of Boulder City is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for an Energy Performance Contract. The selected firm will conduct an in-depth Financial-Grade Operational Audit (FGOA) to identify energy efficiency measures and provide a Performance Contract for Operating Cost-Saving Measures. The contract will incur no initial capital costs and will provide an annual cost savings and performance guarantee over the term of the contract. The firm will be responsible for maximizing energy and water cost savings and related operational and maintenance cost savings for facility upgrades, improvements, and services. The key responsibilities of the firm include: • Conducting a comprehensive energy audit to identify energy efficiency measures • Providing a Performance Contract for Operating Cost-Saving Measures • Maximizing energy and water cost savings and related operational and maintenance cost savings • Ensuring improvements in and consistent levels of operational functionality • Realizing additional related benefits such as reduced maintenance needs, facilities improvements, revenue generation, and enhanced occupant comfort
