Description
The County of Orange’s OC Public Works department is seeking qualified contractors to perform semi‑annual and annual preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of CO₂ fire‑suppression and gas‑detection systems installed on Solar Turbine Package units at the Central Utilities Facility in Santa Ana. The work includes inspection of control panels, batteries, sensors, alarms, CO₂ cylinders, and enclosure integrity, as well as documentation and reporting to the County Project Manager. Bidders must hold valid California C‑10 and C‑16 contractor licenses, comply with NFPA 72 and 12, and submit firm, fixed‑price bids electronically by the deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder; bids remain valid for 365 days.
