Testing, Insulation and Repair of Boilers & Water Heaters

The County of Orange Sheriff‑Coroner is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive testing, insulation, repair, routine maintenance, and 24/7 emergency services for boilers, steam generators, and process heaters at multiple sheriff‑department facilities throughout Orange County, CA. Work must comply with South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rules 1146.1 and 1146.2, manufacturer specifications, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contract includes scheduled inspections, semi‑annual and annual tune‑ups, corrective maintenance, and the ability to respond to emergency calls any time of day, any day of the year.
