2026 Waste and Recycling Disposal Services

The Kent Intermediate School District is seeking a contractor to provide waste and recycling disposal services for 13 different buildings. The contract will be for a two-year period with two optional one-year renewal periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing trash and recycling dumpsters, as well as disposing of the waste and recyclables. The contractor will also be required to provide proof of comprehensive general liability and worker's compensation insurance. • The contractor must provide pricing for waste disposal and recycling pick-up, transport, and disposal. • The contractor must provide detailed information regarding the desired services for each location. • The contractor must provide references for similar services provided in the past. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. • The contractor must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with members of the School Board or the Superintendent of Kent ISD.
