Government Publishing Office (GPO) Building Information Model (BIM)

The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a contractor to provide a Building Information Model (BIM) for the GPO campus. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, with a base period of 12 months and an option for an additional 6 months. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed pricing proposal, including a breakdown of costs and prices in U.S. dollars. The proposal must be submitted in an Excel workbook, with separate tabs for the prime contractor and subcontractors. The contractor must also provide a sealed package with proprietary subcontract pricing information, if applicable. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing a comprehensive BIM for the GPO campus • Providing a detailed pricing proposal • Meeting the requirements outlined in the contract • Completing the project within the specified timeframe • Coordinating with subcontractors, if applicable
