NEW CURRENT MODEL DUMP BODY AND INSTALLATION

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for a new current model dump body and installation. The bid opening date is May 14, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Bidders are expected to examine the drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions included in the bid package. Failure to do so will be at the bidder's risk. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest bid. The contractor shall keep informed of and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the performance of this contract. • The bid must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. • The bid must be received on or before the time and date specified. • The contractor must comply with the Wyoming Ethics and Disclosure Act. • The contractor must not discriminate against any individual on the grounds of age, sex, color, race, religion, national origin, or disability in connection with the performance under this contract. • The contractor must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified in the bid documents.
