Samson Control Valve System

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price quote for a Samson Control Valve System (or equivalent) to support its Research Accelerator Division. The vendor must supply the valve system, provide all required documentation (catalog verification, operation/maintenance manuals), handle packing and shipping, and deliver to ORNL’s site. The contract also requires the seller to install, start‑up, and train ORNL personnel on the system, and to submit a completed Abbreviated Representations & Certifications package. Evaluation will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. • Deliver a complete Samson control valve system per the Bill of Materials (Attachment C). • Provide FOB Destination (U.S.) or DAP (international) shipping; no insurance required. • Submit a firm‑fixed‑price quote with a delivery schedule by 5 PM EST 8/31/2026. • Include all required certifications (BSD‑CS‑2260) and any exceptions. • Perform installation, startup, and on‑site training; provide operation & maintenance manuals and spare‑parts list. • Respond to questions by 5 PM EST 8/26/2026.
