Notice of Intent to Sole Source – 88 TES BLOS Antenna Auxiliary Unit

The US Air Force intends to award a sole source delivery order for the purchase of a BLOS Antenna Auxiliary Unit. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and sources interested in responding must submit a capability statement with technical data and cost information. The capability statement should demonstrate the capability to meet the requirement and provide convincing evidence of this capability. • The requirement is for a highly specialized or unique supply, and only one source is capable of providing it at the required level of quality. • Capability statements are due by 17 August 2026, 10:00 AM Pacific Time, and should be submitted by email to the specified address. • The Government will consider all capability statements received by the due date to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with a sole source procurement.
