Various Outdoor Furnishings

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of various outdoor furnishings, including benches, trash cans, pavilion dining tables, side chairs, arm chairs, chairs with cushions, loveseats with cushions, side tables, and coffee tables. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements as shown in the specifications. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. • The mandatory requirements include specific product models or equivalents, such as Kirby Built by Barco Products Georgetown Benches and Trex Yacht Club Dining Tables. • The contract items must be new, and no used or refurbished equipment will be considered. • The vendor must deliver the contract items within 30 calendar days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. • The agency may request expedited orders to be delivered in less than 15 calendar days. • The vendor must designate and maintain a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing vendor’s responsibilities under this contract.
