County Signage

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners is establishing a pre‑qualified pool of contractors to provide design, fabrication, installation, repair, replacement, removal and disposal of a wide variety of interior and exterior signage for the County’s parks, facilities, trails and other public spaces. Qualified firms will respond to individual Requests for Quotes (RFQs) up to $500,000 over a two‑year contract term (with three optional one‑year renewals), delivering turnkey signage solutions that meet County branding, ADA, safety and durability standards. The scope includes everything from design and permitting to full installation of LED message signs, wayfinding, regulatory and monument signs, as well as ongoing maintenance and warranty support. • Pre‑qualified contractor pool for County signage projects • Services: design, fabrication, delivery, installation, repair, removal, disposal • Sign types: interior, exterior, wayfinding, regulatory, LED/e‑message, ADA‑compliant, monument, marquee, etc. • Contract term: 2 years (plus up to three 1‑year renewals) • Individual RFQs up to $500,000; lowest‑responsive bidder awarded per project • Must hold Florida General Contractor or Specialty Sign Contractor license and current Business Tax Receipt • Compliance with County branding, graphic standards, safety, and ADA requirements required
